I cannot believe this book has been written and not by me. I am beyond jealous but it does look pretty wonderful... Alice's Adventures in Wonderland provide the inspiration for this book containing Recipes, Craft ideas ranging from a hand-sewn White Rabbit to paper craft Tea Party Invitations. Each of the 50 'Make Me' projects provide all you need to get going on your Red Polka Dot Frilly Pinny to your Lavender scented Duchess Macaroons. GEORGIA MAY AS MAGGIE

Too Too Wonderful!!!!

I am loving this shoot of Georgia May Jagger posing as our first female Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher. In a photo-shoot for this months issue of US Harpers Bazaar, the 19 year old model is seen taking on the role of the iron lady herself and slipping into a series of classic twinsets and smart suits. Shot by Terry Richardson, its a little bit fun, a little bit British and brings back a whole lot of Maggie loving.

Maggie: “In politics if you want anything said, ask a man. If you want anything done, ask a woman.”

MOVE OVER SUNNIES...

My friend Emerald sent me a link to this website this morning and all I can say is Oh My! Emily Peacock designs the most charming and fun looking pillow embroidery kits I have ever seen. My mother, a keen needlepoint monogrammed obsessive cannot believe this has slipped through her radar. Having gone halves on the 'Kiss' and 'Hug' pillows, we are about to embark on a needlepoint showdown between Mother and Daughter. Forget Sunbathing - The race is on!
